Director is the extraction agent behind agent-skills.ai. Director runs a staged extraction rather than an interview. It starts from whatever you already have — a book, a course, a talk, a folder of client notes — and separates three things: the methodology (your frameworks and decision points), the voice (how you sound, particularly under disagreement), and the transformation (what actually changes for the person you work with). It then presses on the parts you left implicit: where the threshold really sits, what makes you say no, what you do when someone brings you the wrong problem. Everything it captures is shown back to you in a workspace as it goes, so nothing enters the skill without your sign-off.
The model has already read your book. Ask it for your framework and it will give a competent account, with no licence, no attribution and no revenue to you. What it cannot do is run your practice: hold a line you would hold, refuse what you would refuse, and remember in week three what you ruled in week one. That part was never written down, which is exactly why it survived.
